Experience:9-12 Years Location: PAN India Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Workforce Analytics (WFA), and Workforce Planning (WFP) Consultant to design, implement, and support reporting, analytics, and workforce planning solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. The candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting tools, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning, and People Analytics. Key Responsibilities Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) and Workforce Planning (WFP) solutions. Design, develop, and maintain reports using: Report Center Canvas Reports Story Reports (People Analytics) Advanced Reporting ORD (Online Report Designer) Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. Build workforce dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reports. Configure and maintain workforce metrics, dimensions, measures, and benchmarks. Support workforce planning activities including demand forecasting, headcount planning, and talent analytics. Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable workforce insights. Perform data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation activities. Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and leadership teams. Support integrations and reporting across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support activities. Required Skills Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA). Strong experience in Workforce Planning (WFP). Expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting Suite: Story Reports (People Analytics) Report Center Canvas Reports Advanced Reporting ORD Reports Good understanding of Employee Central (EC) data structure and HR processes. Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and KPI reporting. Knowledge of data modeling and analytics concepts. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support projects. Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors certification in Workforce Analytics and/or Employee Central. Experience with People Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Knowledge of HR reporting, workforce metrics, and talent analytics. Experience working in global implementations and support engagements.
