Job Summary : DCOps Analyst Skill: DC Ops | Work Location: Noida | Experience: L1 (1 years to 3 yrs.) | \\\\r\\\\nQualification: Any Graduate\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole, responsibilities, and skill sets:\\\\r\\\\nL1 support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, AD exp. mandatory, Network Devices\\\\r\\\\nGood troubleshooting skills\\\\r\\\\nFundamental knowledge of Networks\\\\r\\\\nExcellent Verbal, Email communication skills.\\\\r\\\\nExposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netbackup and Backup Exec.\\\\r\\\\nWillingness to work in 24 7 environment\\\\r\\\\nWork experience with the following:\\\\r\\\\nAny alert monitoring tool e.g.: Net cool, BMC Patrol, NNM, HP OVO, Tivoli, Moogsoft etc.\\\\r\\\\nIncident, Problem, Change lifecycle process.\\\\r\\\\nAny ITSM tool e.g.: Remedy, Peregrine, SNOW etc.\\\\r\\\\nBackup monitoring tools like Networker.\\\\r\\\\nGenerating Reports through Dashboard, Remedy, SNOW etc.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n(1.)
