Who we are · MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnector manufacturers. · Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP, Hanoi. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices. Job Responsibilities 1. Support the system user account setup process in HR software (Cadena) for new hires. 2. Support the tax registration process for employees’ dependents. 3. Support the employee offboarding process. 4. Support filling employee profiles and other administrative documents. 5. Perform other tasks as assigned. Working Location & Hours * Working location: Molex Hung Yen Plant, Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen. * Company shuttle buses are available for employees from Hanoi, Hai Duong, and Bac Ninh. * Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Requirement Education: At least Final Year Student Skills & Abilities: 1. Good communication skill 2. Organizational and planning skill 3. English skills 4.
