Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas Garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de las máquinas, asegurando la calidad del producto; cumpliendo con las normas y procedimientos de buenas prácticas de manufactura y seguridad (EHS) establecidos por la compañía. Disponibilidad de trabajo en equipo, autocontrol y con habilidad de participar activamente en los programas que ayuden al mejoramiento continuo del proceso, como lo son: herramientas Lean; TPM, 6S, Kaizen, Kanban, Smed, Soluciones Efectivas, Ideas originales etc. que ayuden al cumplimiento y sostenibilidad del proceso. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Diligenciar la información clara y precisa en los software o formatos requeridos de producción y aseguramiento de calidad de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos para el proceso garantizando las BPD. Operar las máquinas procesadoras del scrap (PL recuperable) que sale de los procesos de sellado (kiefel, sellomatic, autocoi etc.) soluciones (kensol etc.) que se encuentren libre de contaminación. Realizar la inspección masiva de acuerdo con los procedimientos de calidad establecidos en el proceso. Realizar el empaque del material molido de acuerdo con la cantidad permitida yespecificaciones de calidad, en el liner doble (bolsa de PE) y las cajas paxón si se requiere, e identificar con su respectivo código. Velar porque el área cuente con los suministros necesarios en el proceso (Mezcla de alcohol isopropílico, tubulares, cajas para materiales, etc.) Verificar y asegurar que las herramientas utilizadas en el proceso (Máquinas y equipos), se encuentren en óptimo funcionamiento para aseguramiento y calidad del producto. Garantizar el manejo adecuado de los instrumentos de medición utilizados para las pruebas requeridas del proceso. Cumplir con las políticas, normas y requerimientos de EHS (ART, Tarjetas Stop). Lo que aportarás: Técnicos o Tecnólogos en transformación de productos plásticos. Técnicos o Tecnólogos Industriales. Técnicos o Tecnólogos en mantenimiento electrónico, instrumental e Industrial. Conocimientos básicos en herramientas ofimáticas. Manejo de herramientas Lean y de control estadístico (deseable) Experiencia mínima de 1 año en procesos de manufactura.
