We are looking for an IT Supporter to provide reliable, friendly technical assistance to colleagues and help keep workplace technology running smoothly. You will respond to support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of IT services. What you’ll do Resolve incidents and requests from colleagues by phone, email, ServiceNow and in person Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, accounts and software Prepare equipment and access for onboarding and offboarding Document your work in ServiceNow and escalate complex or recurring issues to the right team Support IT asset management and routine maintenance Maintain GxP documentation for your area and support production-site IT when needed What you bring At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT support or service desk in a Microsoft environment Solid working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and [Entra ID / Intune] Experience working independently and prioritising your own queue Experience with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow is a plus) Fluent Danish and English Nice to have: ITIL Foundation, experience in a regulated (GxP) environment, basic networking What we offer A close local team of three colleagues, plus a European support network Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Support Europe Varied work across office IT and a regulated pharmaceutical environment Opportunities to grow within Global IT Become a part of ALK ALK provides a dynamic and accommodating work environment, complete with inspiring and challenging assignments.
