Responsibilities: Development and implementation of a global IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives Management and prioritization of the global IT demand and project portfolio Leadership and development of international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management Translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions Establishing efficient processes, governance structures, and standards Responsibility for stakeholder management, resources, budgets and risks as well as driving innovation and harmonization across the global IT landscape Qualifications: Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations with a focus on business partnering, demand management, or portfolio management Proven success in leading and developing teams within global matrix structures.
