This Position reports to: Team Leader We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with Italian and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Italy. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment. About the Internship:Start date: 1st January 2027 Work in a modern office in Kraków Hybrid work model (8 days per month in the office, the remaining days working from home) We expect availability of 100-120h per month We’d be happy to continue working together long-term if you enjoy our organization - we offer strong development opportunities! Responsibilities:Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in Italy Process and manage electronic employee data files Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events Support time and attendance queries and archiving activities Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely handling of HR data Requirements:Active student status Fluency in Italian and English (both B2) Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
