Who we are · MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnector manufacturers. · Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP, Hanoi. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices. Job Responsibilities 1. Assist with direct labor (DL) hiring interview activities, including candidate guidance, document verification, vision testing, and other recruitment support tasks 2. Coordinate interview logistics by preparing interview rooms, communicating with candidates, and responding to inquiries regarding interview schedules and recruitment processes. 3. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including attendance management, training room arrangements, ID badge photo taking, personnel file management, office supplies coordination, and guiding new employees through health check-ups, meal arrangements, and other onboarding activities to ensure a positive onboarding experience Working Location & Hours * Working location: Molex Hung Yen Plant, Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen. * Company shuttle buses are available for employees from Hanoi, Hai Duong, and Bac Ninh. * Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Requirement Education: At least Final Year Student Skills & Abilities: Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva Good communication skills Enthusiastic, outgoing, and proactive attitude.
