Develop e-commerce with us at STADA We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who will advance e-commerce in the Czech Republic . Someone who knows how to build relationships with customers, sees new business opportunities, and can turn them into sustainable growth. You will have the space to bring your own experience and ideas and, together with colleagues across the company, transform them into concrete results. You will contribute to the direction of the assigned channel, its growth, and the fulfillment of STADA's priorities, backed by a global pharmaceutical company. What will be in your hands? Develop relationships with existing online partners and seek new customers and business opportunities. Co-create the e-commerce strategy in the Czech Republic and translate agreed priorities into specific business plans. Be responsible for business results, profitability, budget, and planning of the assigned channel. Evaluate market data , competition, and customer behavior and use it for business decision-making. Prepare business cases and lead projects in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. Utilize AI and modern tools for more efficient work and business development. Come up with new ideas and turn them into real business results. Are you the one we are looking for? You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital business , ideally from FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or modern retail. You have experience in developing business partnerships , leading business negotiations, and taking responsibility for results . You can provide a specific example of when you developed a customer, brand, or sales channel and describe your contribution . You understand both the commercial and financial aspects of business and make decisions based on data. You know how to set priorities and follow through on changes from idea to implementation. You can align your proposals with the company's priorities , gain support from colleagues, and collaborate across teams. AI tools are a natural part of your daily work.
