Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position SAP Project Manager The SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing a specific sub-projects or streams within the S4 Transformation program and other department relevant projects, delivering the defined project outcomes. The SAP Project Manager participates in the project preparation, starting with the definition of initial client requirements, directs the project's planning and implementation tasks, coordinates the team to ensure the successful completion of project tasks and aligns with parallel sub-projects to manage dependencies. The SAP Project Manager has in-depth knowledge of the S4 Transformation Program, is able to situate his/her own project within it and understands how it relates to other projects and activities within Richer Professional skills As part of the S4 Transformation program • responsible for managing the Quality Management and Plan-To-Maintain streams throughout the whole lifecycle of the project (specify to-be processes, gather the business requirements, finalize functional specifications, support testing, data migration, ... etc.) • assembles the project team, directs scheduling, task planning activities and resource planning • coordinates and supports the project team in carrying out its tasks and monitors project performance to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives • ensures that project deliverables are produced to the appropriate quality standards • oversees the work of participating suppliers throughout the project • regularly prepares and communicates status reports to the Project Sponsor, the Project Steering Committee, the S4 Program management, Business Process Sponsor, as well as to the forums and stakeholders documented in the PAD • communicates with project stakeholders and manages their expectations, assesses and manages project risks and issues • coordinates tasks related to project closure • regularly shares their tasks, results, and issues with other project managers participating in the S4 Program and parallel projects, thereby ensuring alignment between the project and the Program Personal & Soft Skills • SAP knowledge (QM, PP, WM, MM), SAP S/4HANA knowledge is advantageous • Quality management process knowledge QA, QC) is advantageous • Fluent English oral, written and presentation skills • Ability to guide project teams and drive project objectives without necessarily having direct authority. • Encouraging collaboration and maintaining team morale during challenging project phases. • Managing disagreements between business, IT, and external partners constructively. • Understanding stakeholder needs and concerns before proposing solutions. • Delivering project updates to management, steering committees, and project teams. • Leading workshops, decision-making sessions, and status meetings effectively. • Establishing trust with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams. • Assessing project situations, risks, and dependencies objectively. Evaluating alternatives and making informed decisions. • Taking ownership of project outcomes and commitments. Delivering on promises and maintaining stakeholder confidence. • Managing multiple workstreams, meetings, and deadlines efficiently. Focusing effort on activities that have the greatest project impact. • Remaining effective during difficult project phases such as cutover, testing, or go-live. Adjusting to changing business requirements and project conditions. • Working effectively with business users, SAP consultants, architects, developers, and vendors. • Maintaining focus on delivering business value and project objectives. • Supporting organizational adoption of new SAP processes and systems.
