Management Consulting Manager – Risk & Compliance

Join our Risk & Compliance Consulting team and help financial services clients transform how they manage risk, regulatory and compliance requirements. You will lead client engagements, manage project teams and senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our Risk & Compliance practice in Thailand and Southeast Asia. What You’ll Do Lead Risk & Compliance engagements across AML/KYC, financial crime, regulatory change, governance, controls and compliance transformation Manage complex projects, including deliverables, timelines, risks, financials and dependencies Advise and engage senior stakeholders across banks, financial institutions and regulators Translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical, implementable solutions Lead and coach consulting teams and support their professional development Support proposals, solution development and client presentations Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and develop new Risk & Compliance solutions What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or financial services Proven experience delivering Risk & Compliance, AML/KYC, financial crime, regulatory or controls-related programs Experience working with banks, financial institutions or regulators in Thailand or Southeast Asia Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks Strong communication, problem-solving and client-facing skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Nice to Have Experience leading large-scale or regulatory-driven transformation programs Exposure to technology-enabled Risk & Compliance solutions, data, analytics or AI Experience managing project delivery and commercials About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
