We are looking for experienced Java Developer hands-on experience to join our development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain reliable web applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, and JavaScript. In this role, you will contribute to both backend and web interface development, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. Job Responsibilities ·       Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications. ·       Develop backend services and business logic using Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC. ·       Implement and maintain the persistence layer using Hibernate and JPA. ·       Develop and enhance web interfaces using JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ·       Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs. ·       Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities. ·       Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, stability, and reliability. ·       Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: ·       At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. ·       Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC. ·       Practical experience with Hibernate, JPA, JSP, and Servlets. ·       Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. ·       Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs. ·       Experience working with relational databases and SQL. ·       Familiarity with Git or another version control system. ·       Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and common development practices. ·       Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ·       Good English communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. ·       A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
