Production Supervisor (m/w/d) | Großbeeren Für unseren Standort in Großbeeren suchen wir einen erfahrenen Production Supervisor (m/w/d), der die operative Führung eines Produktionsteams in einem GMP-regulierten pharmazeutischen Umfeld übernimmt. Sie sorgen für einen sicheren, effizienten und qualitätskonformen Produktionsablauf und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse voran. Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsteams. Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der täglichen Produktions- und Verpackungsaktivitäten. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsanforderungen. Prüfung und Freigabevorbereitung von Herstellungsdokumentationen. Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Events und CAPA-Maßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen. Überwachung von Produktionskennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. Sicherstellung eines angemessenen Trainings- und Qualifizierungsstandes der Mitarbeitenden. Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und Prozessoptimierungen. Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion oder Verpackung im GMP-Umfeld. Führungserfahrung in der Leitung von Produktionsteams. Fundierte GMP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Qualitätssystemen, Abweichungen und CAPAs. Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen. Production Supervisor (m/f/d) | Großbeeren, Germany Join PCI Pharma Services and lead a production team in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production and packaging operations while supporting quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Production Operators. Coordinate daily production and packaging activities, including personnel, equipment, materials, and schedules. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Review batch documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and quality management activities. Monitor production performance and KPIs, driving process improvements and operational efficiency. Oversee employee training, qualification, and workforce planning. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement projects. What You'll Bring Several years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or packaging in a GMP-regulated environment. Previous leadership experience within production operations. Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, deviations, and CAPAs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent German and English.
