Job description

Own global hardware asset management, spares inventory, and return material authorization (RMA) processes supporting Oracle On-site Repair operations. Establish consistent controls for hardware receipt, storage, movement, repair, vendor return, and disposition. Partner with existing Data Server Ops resources to improve inventory accuracy, maintain spare-part availability, reduce unnecessary replacement costs, and hold sites accountable to common operational standards.
