We are seeking remote customer-focused Sr. Credit/Collections Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical customer portfolio and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Successful candidates will possess strong critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of customers. They must be a solution-oriented negotiator who is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools. Key Competencies • Proven experience managing complex high-volume collections portfolios with high-value delinquent accounts • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering a white-glove service experience • Proven success with high-volume customer interactions • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities - work towards building solutions • Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking ability across multiple systems and communication channels • Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and quality • High level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership • Adaptability in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment • Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance customer interactions Minimum Qualifications • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience providing concierge white glove experience to priority clients, with 2+ years of commercial collections experience Preferred Experience • Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics • Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred • Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively Working Evironment Location: Fully remote Hours - Monday thru Friday 8a-5p CT, with a 10a-7p CT rotation We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
