Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Facilitate formulation/technology transfer to do lab trial and pilot plant scale. New/local raw material source evaluation Prepare sample with new formulating recipe to support global and China product release with timescale as required Follow appropriate processes and maintain technical records to a high standard Customer investigation report with improved solution Regular communication with Region R&D department, eg. gather data at field trials and transfer case study experience from local market requirement. Perform laboratory analysis and report counter-measures or recommendations According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues Qualifications: Bachelor or Post-graduate Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field Good command in English (written or verbal) is essential Good communication skills, in English and Mandarin Computer literate Methodical and systematic in problem solving Excellent report-writing skills competent in wet analysis Must be able to develop and write operating and control procedures Able to work in a team environment or independently, with minimal supervision 180,000CNY~220,000CNY‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
