Die Position: Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm eine/n engagierte/n Expert (m/w/d) Production Coordination & Projects Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Unterstützung des Leiters der Herstellung und des Produktionsbereichs bei operativen, organisatorischen und bereichsübergreifenden Themen Mitarbeit bei der Koordination von Themen und Projekten innerhalb der pharmazeutischen Produktion Übernahme definierter Arbeitspakete in Compliance-, Optimierungs-, Investitions- und bei Bedarf Validierungs- oder Qualifizierungsprojekten Unterstützung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Pharma Production und angrenzenden Abteilungen wie QC, QA, Engineering und weiteren zentralen Schnittstellen Aufbereitung von Produktionskennzahlen, Statusberichten, Management-Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen nach abgestimmten Vorgaben Mitarbeit bei der Analyse von Kapazitäten, Forecasts, Produktionsleistung und Effizienzpotenzialen Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Inspektionen und Audits und Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung definierter Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Change Controls Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Harmonisierung von Produktionsstandards, SOPs und weiteren GMP-relevanten Dokumenten Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von GMP-Governance-, Schulungs- und Dokumentationsprozessen innerhalb der Produktion Durchführung von Datenanalysen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ableitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen Vor- und Nachbereitung bereichsübergreifender Meetings, Workshops und Arbeitsgruppen Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie und Approbation als Apotheker, idealerweise mit Promotion Die Position eignet sich insbesondere für Berufseinsteiger oder Bewerber mit erster relevanter Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Herstellung Erste praktische Erfahrung durch z.B. Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit im pharmazeutischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen, beispielsweise EU-GMP, AMWHV Verständnis pharmazeutischer Herstellungsprozesse und Interesse an angrenzenden Funktionen wie QA, QC, Development, IT, Supply Chain und Engineering Interesse an Produktionskoordination, Projektarbeit, GMP-Compliance und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Umgang mit Daten und Kennzahlen Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Why work with us?
