Long Description Your Role & Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and priorities. Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops , discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications . Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Consultants, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented. Long Description Support Salesforce solution design from a functional and business perspective. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and UAT activities. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including preparation of scenarios and validation of business outcomes. Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations for customers and business stakeholders. Support change management, user adoption, training, and documentation activities. Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Long Description Your Profile: 3–6 years of professional experience , with significant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role. Hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform , preferably including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud . Strong experience in: Business requirements gathering and analysis Customer workshops and stakeholder management User stories and acceptance criteria Business process modelling Agile/Scrum delivery UAT planning and execution Functional documentation Long Description Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and customer communication skills. Ability to work effectively within multicultural and distributed teams. Language Requirements English: Fluent, with strong written and verbal communication skills. German: Strong advantage. French: Strong advantage.
