Escalations management\\r\\nEscalate advanced customer issues to the respective Third party escalation teams as\\r\\noutlined in the respective process documentation.\\r\\nRegularly monitor and coordinate escalations to Third party teams. Triage incidents that\\r\\nrequire further investigation by working in collaboration with all Service desk teams, as\\r\\nwell as with Management and Client teams.\\r\\nProvide regular updates to all involved parties and act as a primary contact for requested\\r\\nproject information.\\r\\n2.
