Perform quality reviews of Corporate & Commercial Banking servicing activities to ensure compliance with established procedures, operational controls, customer requirements and quality standards. Identify processing errors and control gaps, maintain accurate quality records and provide constructive feedback to support operational excellence and risk management Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Conduct quality reviews of completed servicing transactions and requests in accordance with defined quality standards and review methodologies. Review account opening, account maintenance, mandate updates, authorised signatory changes, payment investigations, cheque servicing and electronic banking activities for accuracy and completeness. Verify that customer instructions, approvals, supporting documentation and required evidence have been obtained and retained appropriately. Assess adherence to operational procedures, servicing controls, approval requirements and escalation protocols. Identify processing errors, documentation gaps, control exceptions and quality defects. Complete quality scorecards and maintain accurate review records. Provide timely, objective and constructive feedback to operational teams and Team Leaders. Escalate significant errors, customer-impacting issues and control breaches in accordance with established procedures. Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy of quality assessments. Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardisation activities. What You Need Experience in quality assurance, operational controls, banking operations, lending administration or financial-services processing environments. Understanding of quality-review methodologies, control validation and defect identification. Exposure to Corporate & Commercial Banking, Business Banking, lending operations, payments, KYC or related servicing functions is desirable. Experience performing quality checks, file reviews, operational validations or maker-checker activities. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to identify errors, process deviations and control gaps. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. Work within approved permissions and protect customer information. Skill Requirements Business Banking Knowledge Working knowledge of business banking products, servicing processes and operational controls is desirable. Understanding of KYC documentation requirements, approval validations, documentation standards and escalation procedures. Language & Communication Excellent written and verbal English with professional customer-service etiquette. Ability to communicate review findings clearly, accurately and constructively.
