Strategic Finance Manager Category: Finance Location: Beijing, Beijing, CN #job-location Key responsibilities The Strategic Pricing manager is responsible for providing end-to-end financial leadership in pricing planning, realized price and distribution fee governance, strategic business analysis, and process excellence to support compliant execution and value-driven decision-making. Major responsibilities include: Lead financial pricing planning, realised price management, and compliant pricing governance, including IC price and price mandate processes – 40% Lead distribution fee and compensation management, covering planning, accrual, settlement, financial validation, and governance – 30% Provide strategic pricing, support Gross-to-Net analysis, and business case support to enable sound financial assessment and decision-making – 20% Drive pricing-related systems, data solutions, automation, and process excellence to enhance transparency, efficiency, and financial controls – 10% Qualifications • Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese University/Oversea University • Above 5 years of working experience in financial management • Big-4 or MNC experience required • Well-developed data/process management and analytical skills with independent thinking combined with a curiosity to understand business; • Good business sense and keen at translating business understanding into numbers; • Fluent both in written and spoken English; • Good communication, especially to communicate financial analysis result in a logically and structured way; • Self-driven and strong execution We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
