Your Role Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server (Wintel) infrastructure across physical and virtualized environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 platforms. Manage VMware and Citrix virtual server environments, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot server, connectivity, and performance-related issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive problem resolution activities. Manage user accounts, access rights, server security hardening, patch deployment, compliance checks, and operating system maintenance activities. Your Profile 4-12 years of experience in Wintel Administration, Windows Server Management, and Virtualization technologies. Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 administration, installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. Strong experience managing VMware, Citrix XenServer, and virtual server infrastructure in enterprise environments.
