Must have skills : SAP for Retail Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process effectively - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor and guide team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - The role requires expertise in SAP Promotion Management (PMR) with focus on promotion forecasting. - SAP CAR DDF, PMR, OPP, and UDF knowledge is also required. - Proficiency in SAP for Retail - Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities - Experience in SAP implementation and customization - Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems - Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and troubleshooting -Primary responsibility will be to drive functional designs for RICEF Scope across the stores workstream.
