Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Azure OpenAI Service, Python Frameworks, GENERATIVE AI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs is a key aspect of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into actionable technical plans. - Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Azure OpenAI Service, Python Frameworks, GENERATIVE AI. - Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in cloud environments. - In-depth understanding of generative artificial intelligence techniques and their practical applications. - Ability to work with various AI architectures including deep learning and neural networks. - Experience in building scalable AI pipelines and integrating AI services into production systems. - Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing methodologies.
