Job description

You are: A learning strategy and managed services practitioner who brings solid expertise in shaping end-to-end learning managed services solutions and the consulting skills, operational grounding, and collaborative presence that keep engagements moving. You contribute meaningfully across the full engagement lifecycle — from shaping solutions and designing operating models to driving delivery and ensuring quality outcomes for clients. You are comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders — Directors, VPs, and functional L&D leaders — and can hold the room with credibility, listen well, and help move conversations forward. You bring a practitioner’s command of learning managed services: you understand how governance structures, delivery models, and vendor ecosystems fit together, and you contribute to designing solutions that translate strategic direction into scalable operational reality. You support business development activity — contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and commercial models — and you stay alert to emerging opportunities within your accounts. You are a developer of people and a contributor to high-performing, cross-functional learning teams: you help create the culture and operating cadence that enables consistent delivery, and you invest in the growth of the Managers and Consultants who work alongside you. You support organizational transformation for clients through capability-building and leadership development work, helping L&D functions grow in impact and maturity. And you stay current with how AI is reshaping the learning field, bringing informed points of view to client conversations and contributing to the intellectual property and go-to-market thinking that keep Accenture sharp. The work: Shape, manage and contribute to learning managed services engagements, supporting operating model design, coordinating delivery across workstreams, maintaining quality, and helping drive measurable outcomes for clients Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, Head of L&D), supporting more senior colleagues in shaping the strategic agenda and helping to build trusted, long-term client relationships Support business development activity within existing and prospective accounts, contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and commercial models as part of the go-to-market strategy for the Learning Performance & Innovation offering Contribute to the design and architecture of learning managed services solutions, helping define the operating model — spanning governance, roles, delivery structures, and vendor ecosystems — that makes strategy operational and scalable Support client advisory on learning strategy and operating model design, integrating managed services expertise to help bridge strategic intent with operational execution and position L&D as a driver of business performance Conduct learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments, contributing to transformation roadmaps grounded in data, market benchmarks, and business context Support the design of AI-enabled learning operating models that embed automation, personalization, and analytics, spanning governance, roles, processes, technology, and vendor ecosystems Help connect learning strategy to business performance outcomes, contributing to measurement frameworks, learning KPIs, and analytics approaches that demonstrate ROI and inform investment decisions Contribute to the design and delivery of agentic learning strategies, helping clients embed AI-powered performance support and intelligent enablement tools into the everyday flow of work Contribute to thought leadership in the learning advisory space, developing points of view, supporting the creation of reusable IP and frameworks, and helping shape Accenture’s go-to-market capabilities as AI continues to disrupt how organizations design, deliver, and measure learning Contribute to and help develop cross-functional learning teams, supporting a strong delivery culture and coaching Manager and Consultant-level practitioners; and contribute to organizational transformation work through capability-building programs and leadership development initiatives that build lasting client capability Be ready to build those air miles. Here’s what you need: Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, learning operations, talent consulting or a combination of all Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment Minimum of 2 years of experience contributing to or supporting client engagements, with growing responsibility for workstream and stakeholder management. Bonus points if: Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) as part of your day-to-day working practice; you should be able to speak concretely to how you have applied AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your deliverables. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the design and architecture of learning managed services solutions, including operating model components (governance, roles, processes, and vendor management) that make delivery commercially viable and operationally sustainable. Experience contributing to business development, including proposal development, RFP responses, and account support. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams within complex engagements, coordinate cross-functional learning teams, and support the development of more junior team members. Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide and document writing. You have contributed to practice-building activities — thought leadership, frameworks, or capability development — and have experience supporting organizational transformation through leadership development or capability-building programs. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders and contribute to building trusted client relationships over time. You bring expertise in learning measurement and impact frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, learning analytics dashboards) and have demonstrated the ability to link learning programs to business outcomes. You hold an advanced degree or certification in adult education, learning science, organizational development, I/O psychology, or a related field. You have worked with or advised on HR technology platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone) or LMS/LXP strategy and selection. You bring deep industry expertise in a sector where learning plays a critical enabling role (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy, consumer goods).
