About the RoleAs a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join the SAP HR team providing support and maintenance services to a DXC client. This role is central to ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of business-critical SAP systems, with a particular focus on the SAP SuccessFactors solution integrated with an SAP ECC system, including the SAP HCM module.On a day-to-day basis, you will proactively monitor and support these systems, analyzing and resolving user-raised support tickets, and assessing, designing, and implementing changes requested by the business. Your functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially within the Recruiting and Onboarding modules, will be key to delivering effective solutions and maintaining service quality for the client.This position offers the opportunity to work within a multinational SAP support team, collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality support to large-scale clients, while continuing to grow your knowledge across other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and modules. Essential Job FunctionsMonitor and support business-critical SAP systems, with emphasis on the SAP SuccessFactors solution linked to SAP ECC (including the SAP HCM module) Apply functional knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors to resolve business needs Analyze user-raised support tickets and provide solutions, workarounds, and fixes through Incident Management Assess, design, and implement user-requested changes through Change Management Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding module expertise to support client requirements Handle additional tasks within the scope of the SAP support service for the client Collaborate within a multinational SAP support team to provide consistent service to large clients Expand knowledge and skills into other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and modules over time Basic QualificationsSenior SAP consultant with 5+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Focus on/expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules Experience working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable Other QualificationsWillingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules Why DXC? / Life at DXCDXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship.
