Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing delivery team and drive the successful delivery of proposition, digital and regulatory change initiatives. Responsibilities: You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including: Digital and mobile platform enhancements Product and proposition development Regulatory and compliance-driven change Cross-functional technology transformation programmes Working closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders, you will drive projects from mobilisation through to successful implementation and business adoption. ͏ Essential Skills: Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering change and transformation within Financial Services Proven experience leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery Strong track record delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives Expertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery execution Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, tailoring delivery approaches to achieve the best outcomes Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teams Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Skills: Experience within Wealth Management, Investment Platforms or Consulting environments is highly desirable Application of Individual Conduct Rules: Standard of conduct is reasonable under all circumstances relating to Must act with integrity Must act with due skill, care and diligence Must be open and cooperative with the FCA and other regulators Must pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly Must observe proper standards of market conduct Equal Opportunities: Servaada is committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
