Project Coordinator

Job description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities with engineering, production, procurement and external stakeholders to support project schedules. Monitor material orders and delivery dates to help ensure project milestones are achieved. Support test preparation activities by ensuring parts, equipment and documentation are available when required. Identify project risks, issues or delays and escalate them to Project Engineers. Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes and project documentation to stakeholders. Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales. Support deployment planning for personnel and equipment involved in aftermarket activities. Qualifications: Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
