Your Job Molex is seeking a Power Automate Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on RPA and automation experience to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable automation solutions. In this role, you will leverage Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, VBA, AI capabilities, and related automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, with a focus on SAP and Excel-based business processes. Our Team You will work with business and technical teams to understand automation opportunities and translate requirements into reliable solutions. The role will support the complete automation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support. What You Will Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, VBA, Copilot, AI Builder, Task Scheduler, and related automation technologies. Build and maintain Power Automate bots and AI-enabled automation solutions supporting SAP and Excel-based workflows. Develop robust automation workflows incorporating exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, transaction management, reusable components, and cloud integrations. Develop and maintain Excel VBA macros and integrate VBA-based solutions with Power Automate where required. Provide production support for automation solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, debugging, incident resolution, bug fixes, and permanent corrective actions. Partner with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC to translate requirements into effective automation solutions and maintain appropriate technical and workflow documentation. Support enhancements, change requests, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of existing automation solutions. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate, RPA development, VBA/VBScript, Task Scheduler, or related automation technologies. Hands-on experience developing and deploying production automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop. Experience with SAP automation, including SAP GUI, and Excel automation using Power Automate. Experience with Excel VBA/macros and supporting production bots, including troubleshooting, debugging, incident resolution, and bug fixing. Experience with automation concepts including workflows, selectors, variables, arguments, data manipulation, exception handling, logging, queues, integrations, and attended/unattended automation. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with REFramework and its implementation lifecycle. Knowledge of SQL and database connectivity. Experience with REST APIs and application integrations. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other source control tools. Experience supporting enterprise-scale RPA environments and knowledge of Power Automate licensing concepts. Exposure to Copilot, AI Builder, AI Agents, or other AI-enabled automation capabilities.
