Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Fachliche und organisatorische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Bereich Bioanalytik (LC/CE) Steuerung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Laborbetriebs im Bereich chromatographischer Systeme Durchführung, Überwachung und fachliche Bewertung chromatographischer Analysen sowie Prüfung von Analysenergebnissen Entwicklung, Optimierung, Validierung und GMP-konforme Dokumentation analytischer Methoden und Prozesse Förderung von Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung im Laborumfeld Unterstützung der Laborleitung in fachlichen, organisatorischen und strategischen Fragestellungen Planung von Investitionen und Beschaffungen für Laborgeräte sowie Erarbeitung entsprechender Empfehlungen Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Audits, Inspektionen und behördlichen Begehungen Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Chemie, Pharmazie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit chromatographischen Verfahren (insbesondere LC/CE), idealerweise in der Analytik von Biomolekülen Langjährige Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle Umfassende Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen sowie deren praktische Anwendung im Qualitätskontrollumfeld Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität; Erfahrung mit Waters Empower CDS ist erforderlich, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kundenorientierung Hohes Engagement, unternehmerisches Denken und eine strukturierte, selbstständige sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Organisationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen und mehrere Themen parallel zu steuern Why work with us?
