Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” Key responsibilities: Responsible for demand and supply planning for Biologics Responsible for materials management including inventory of all raw materials, reagents, work in progress and finished goods of branded products Ensure minimize wastage of raw materials, reagents, short dating of finished goods Responsible for estimating the actual cost of goods of the branded products and reconciliation as required annually Responsible for order management at the external manufacturers, testing labs and other partners and also invoicing partners for materials supplied incl. reagents, finished goods and others. Responsible to track that invoices are processed and payments are made and received on time. Annual rebates with CDMOs are secured where applicable are secured. Responsible to manage all CDA’s, MSA’s are valid and managed. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Maintain KPI metrics from material management and PO/ invoice perspective and analyze the data for improvement Comply with company policies, local laws and local regulations as required The candidate will communicate across the organization to ensure key stakeholders are aware of CoGs, inventory, potential risks associated and required mitigation plans.
