We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to join Pico for an initial six-month period to support the continued growth of our North American team. Working closely with hiring managers, business leaders and HR colleagues across the United States and globally, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for priority technical and business-critical roles. The role will focus on developing effective sourcing strategies, engaging specialist talent, managing efficient recruitment processes and providing practical market intelligence across the North American technology talent landscape. Depending on business priorities, you may also support selected hiring requirements across other regions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Delivery • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for approved permanent and contract vacancies across North America. • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define selection criteria and agree practical recruitment strategies. • Develop and publish engaging, inclusive and market-relevant job advertisements. • Create tailored sourcing strategies for technical, specialist and hard-to-fill positions. • Screen applicants and conduct structured candidate assessments. • Manage interview processes and candidate communications.
