Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:30 pm - 12:00 am What you will do: Conduct visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency Use standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator) Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product Complete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and workstation Use new software platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Oracle, Access) Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends What you need: Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing Experience #INDGQO USD 24.90 (Hourly) + USD 2 Shift Differential Travel Percentage: None Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
