Your Role and Responsibilities Leading a team of R&D engineers working on mechanical design of a wide range of electrical motors and generators Leading and coaching your team members for high-level performance， Developing the competences of your team members to enable successful execution of future projects and maintenance Lead product maintenance or new product development project teams to support business growth Team resource allocation planning and follow-up Ownership of dedicated products’ mechanical structure and dimensions Collaborate with x-function in daily working environment Qualifications for the Role Education(Level): Bachelor and above Major: Mechanical Engineering Language:Basic English PC Skills:Office programs Personality:Ownership. Proactive. Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn "Professional experiences and skills: Good leadership and collaboration skills Good planning and organization skills A proactive and systematic way of working Ability to support and motivate your team Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Work experience in product development is an advantage Experience in Lean and Agile methodology and know-how of Lean Six Sigma are appreciated" What’s in it for you?
