Internal / 内部： Global Product Manager (GPM) 、 Global Sales Manager (GSM) 、 Supply Chain 、 Planning 、 Operations 及工厂跨职能团队。 External / 外部：围绕客户需求、交付及产品变更事项，与相关客户和供应商接口人进行协调。 PRIMARY PURPOSE: Support BU program management and plant execution by coordinating project costing and quotations, resource and capacity planning, product launches, profitability tracking, material disposition, product changes, and product lifecycle activities. Partner with GPM, GSM and cross-functional plant teams to meet customer, delivery and business objectives. / 通过项目成本核算与报价、资源及产能规划、新品导入、营收利润跟进、物料处置、产品变更及生命周期管理，为事业部项目管理和工厂执行提供支持；协同 GPM 、 GSM 及工厂跨职能团队达成客户、交付及业务目标。 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Execute BU project costing and quotation, coordinate resource allocation, and support continuous improvement actions within the plant. / 负责事业部内部项目成本核算、报价编制、人力及生产资源调配，并统筹落实工厂持续改善专项工作。 2. Partner with the Global Product Manager to understand annual business launch plans, growth status, customer strategy, target/market price, lead time and product strategy for new products and projects; track revenue and profit results. / 配合全球产品经理掌握新品及项目全年业务规划、增长进度、客户策略、目标及市场价格、交付周期和产品策略，并持续跟进营收及利润达成。 3. Coordinate Supply Chain and Planning teams on new-product strategy and capacity planning; review material and capacity against customer demand, assess existing product loading, and support capital investment and capacity expansion. / 协同供应链及计划团队制定新品策略和产能规划，按客户需求审核物料与产能配置，复盘量产产品负荷，并支持资本投资及产能扩容。 4. Support Operations in reviewing excess and obsolete material and developing disposition proposals to minimize scrap losses and charges arising from order cancellation. / 协助运营团队盘点呆滞及多余物料，制定处置方案，减少报废损耗及订单取消产生的扣款损失。 5. Coordinate plant PCN/ECN activities with GPM and GSM, including production-location changes, raw-material changes, supplier changes, second-source development and process improvement. / 联合 GPM 与 GSM 统筹工厂 PCN/ECN 事项，包括生产地点、原材料、供应商变更、二供开发及工艺改善。 6. Support the GPM in managing plant activities from product Phase 8 (mass production) through end of life. / 协助 GPM 管理产品从第八阶段量产至生命周期结束期间的工厂活动。 7. 8. 9. SCOPE: Business-unit and plant scope in Dongguan, with cross-functional coordination involving global product and sales management.
