Your Role Lead and coordinate a team of Customer Service Representatives in Supply Chain, ensuring accurate order processing, effective workload planning, and optimal resource allocation; Own operational performance by monitoring service levels and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, identifying gaps, and implementing action plans in alignment with the Service Delivery Lead; Drive team effectiveness through coaching, training, performance feedback, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives; Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, and other business functions to ensure timely resolution and alignment on priorities; Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external requirements; Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, implementing sustainable solutions, and enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and service quality; Support change management, process transitions, and transformation initiatives where applicable. Your Profile Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain operations, including exposure to export processes, documentation, and basic finance; Experience leading teams in an international and/or shared services environment, with strong people-management, coaching, and employee engagement skills; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels; Experience managing operational KPIs, driving process improvement initiatives, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset; Hands-on experience with SAP and Order Management systems is required.
