YOUR ROLE Provide L3 production support for Mendix applications, ensuring incident resolution, platform stability, performance optimization and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong experience with Mendix application support and maintenance in production environments Solid knowledge of Microflows, Domain Modelling, Security and User Role Management Experience with REST and SOAP integrations Strong troubleshooting, debugging and performance analysis skills Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and production support processes Experience within Application Managed Services (AMS) environments Knowledge of Incident Management, SLAs and prioritisation models (P1-P4) Ability to balance rapid incident resolution with long-term application stability and platform reliability Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hybrid-Model: 2 times a week in the Capgemini Offices Proficiency in English (spoken and written) NICE TO HAVE Mendix Certifications (Rapid, Intermediate or Advanced) Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Finance or other regulated environments Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (SSO, IAM and certificates) French language skills WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
