Your Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Flying Squad Finance Specialist to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will provide flexible finance and accounting support across multiple client engagements, projects, and business-critical situations. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, resolve business challenges, and drive successful delivery outcomes across various finance processes. As a Flying Squad Finance Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: Supporting clients during volume peaks, resource shortages, backlogs, and other critical business situations. Delivering finance and accounting services across one or more process areas, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC/O2C), and Record-to-Report (RTR/R2R). Collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and business continuity. Participating in transition, transformation, and process improvement initiatives across client engagements. Analyzing operational and financial data to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support successful outcomes. Ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to established processes, controls, and project standards. Sharing knowledge, supporting team development, and contributing to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, shared services, or BPO environments. Experience in one or more finance process areas, including OTC/O2C, PTP/P2P, RTR/R2R, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business and client requirements. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, BlackLine, Oracle, WebCollect, or Serrala is considered an advantage. Fluent English communication skills; additional language proficiency (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a strong plus. Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with flexibility regarding work content, timings, and project assignments. Why Join Us?
