YOUR ROLE: As a German Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be a first point of contact for colleagues who need help with IT. You’ll support them remotely by phone, chat, and web, listening carefully to understand the issue and helping them get back to work. You’ll use clear procedures to resolve common IT questions and service requests, and pass more complex issues to the right IT teams. You’ll also: Record, prioritize, and track requests in ServiceNow Keep colleagues informed about the progress of their cases Work with other IT teams to help resolve issues Deliver helpful, reliable support that minimizes disruption to colleagues’ work This is fix-term contract for approximately 2.5 years (maternity cover) WHO YOU ARE: You speak German at C1 level and English at B2 level You enjoy helping people and communicating with colleagues You’re patient, service-minded, and curious about solving problems You can stay organized and prioritize when several requests need your attention Experience in customer service, technical support, or another customer-facing role is helpful What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
