Senior Financial Controller

Job description

What you do • Lead the forecasting and budgeting process • Preparation of regular controlling reports, presentations and analysis to support the management needs • Development, calculation, analysis and interpretations of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Be able to work independently and with a clear focus on accuracy and ensures timely communication of results • Builds partnerships and strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Be proactive, identify and flag potential issues and suggest preventive and improving measures What you bring • Proactive person, self-driven, well-organized, ability to prioritize • Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills • CFA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation is considered as advantage • Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading) • Advanced Excel skills, experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude • Experience with SAP is considered as advantage • Experinece in using generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot) What we offer Money Annual performance-based bonuses Free employee share + stock purchase plan Preferential pricing on Allianz products Additional pension A discount network with 50+ sites Time Hybrid work model Extra day off every 5 years of service Additional day off - Allianz Family Day Health Free medical insurance Special price for Multisport Card 24/7 mental health support Career Career development, digital learning & international mobility.
