Program Execution and Delivery · Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, dependencies, validation, industrialization, and launch readiness. · Coordinate execution across global and regional cross-functional teams, including multiple execution program managers and plant project managers when applicable. · Lead regular program reviews, risk assessments, issue resolution, recovery planning, and escalation to protect customer and business objectives. · Manage scope changes, requirement changes, timing changes, and commercial or technical dependencies through structured change control. · Drive on-time decisions and closure of critical actions while maintaining clear ownership and accountability. Regional and Global Alignment · Act as the Taiwan-based connection between the key customer and global business, engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams. · Coordinate effectively across Asia, Americas, and Europe time zones and ensure decisions, risks, and customer commitments are consistently communicated. · Partner with local customer-facing teams and global execution teams to balance responsiveness with realistic technical, operational, and supply-chain capability. · Support a scalable customer-program operating model by applying consistent governance, templates, metrics, and lessons learned.
