We’re looking for a City Manager, Bristol to join our UK South West team. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mixture of field-based work (2–3 days per week) and office/home working. In this role, you’ll help us build relationships with our restaurant partners, improve our customer proposition, and leverage data insights to drive fast growth across the region. Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Regional Growth team. We are responsible for the commercial output of our mid-market restaurant partners in the UK and Ireland, bringing the best possible selection to our customers and opportunities for growth to our restaurants. As a City Manager, you will be the face of Deliveroo in your territory, combining relationship management with strategic local planning. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Own territory performance: Act as the ultimate local expert for your assigned cities and areas, mapping out local sales strategies and identifying value proposition gaps to close. Manage top-tier accounts: Lead relationship management and commercial negotiations for top restaurant partners, optimising their operational and financial performance on the platform. Drive data-led growth: Draw actionable insights from partner and city performance data to improve our customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Acquire local favourites: Identify, sign up, and successfully onboard top local hero brands and restaurant favourites to expand our selection. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside local Account Managers, Operations, and Marketing teams to maximise commercial campaigns and streamline restaurant operations. What You’ll Need to Thrive Essential Proven commercial experience: Substantial experience in account management, commercial sales, relationship management, or business strategy roles. Analytical competence: Proven ability to understand and utilise performance data to identify operational gaps and execute growth plans. Target-oriented mindset: Results-driven professional who thrives when working toward demanding growth, selection, and performance KPIs. Strategic execution: Demonstrated track record of managing a commercial territory, mapping out sales pipelines, and executing local strategic plans. Mobility and flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid setup including 2–3 days of field travel per week, possessing a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Why Join Us?
