Must have skills : SAP Signavio Process Modeler Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Role Overview We are looking for a skilled SAP Signavio SME to join our Process Transformation practice. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for delivering process transformation initiatives, supporting client engagements, and driving adoption of SAP Signavio solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong hands-on expertise in BPM and are ready to step into team leadership and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities SAP Signavio Implementation Configure and deploy SAP Signavio modules (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Intelligence) Support creation and maintenance of enterprise process repositories Assist in integration of Signavio with SAP S/4HANA and other tools Business Development Support Contribute to proposals, demos, and PoCs for SAP Signavio opportunities Help build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices Process Consulting & Execution Execute process discovery, modeling, and optimization initiatives using SAP Signavio Support process mining, KPI definition, and value realization activities Facilitate workshops to capture current-state and design future-state processes Delivery Support & Team Leadership Manage workstreams or small teams within larger transformation programs Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and client deliverables Mentor junior team members and support capability development Client Interaction Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights Support senior team members in driving client discussions and governance Qualifications & Experience 6–10 years of experience in BPM, process consulting, or SAP transformation Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager is a must Process Intelligence is a plus) Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) Experience working in SAP S/4HANA or transformation programs Exposure to client-facing roles and team collaboration Preferred Skills Experience in process mining and analytics-driven transformation Familiarity with integrated toolchain (e.g., LeanIX, SAP ALM, automation tools) Industry exposure (Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Consumer Goods or any other industry ) SAP Signavio certification (preferred but not mandatory) What We Offer Opportunity to work on global transformation programs Hands-on experience with leading process transformation tools Structured career progression and learning opportunities Collaborative and inclusive work culture 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
