Recipharm is recruiting a Technical Lead to join its MSAT – Manufacturing Science & Technology team within the Quality Department. A leader in the pharmaceutical industry with over 75 years of experience, Recipharm offers a wide range of services, from development to drug manufacturing. Main responsibilities: Execute and lead technology transfers, manufacturing process improvements and product development; Perform process characterization and validation, defining critical process parameters and attributes; Act as the technical pivot between the various MSAT team members and the client (providing regular updates); Organize and lead technical project meetings; Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies and regulatory changes. Required qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering in the areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or similar; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred); We are looking for someone with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, who is autonomous and dynamic; Excellent communication skills; Excellent level of English.
