Job description

岗位职责 • 主持客户访谈和工作坊，梳理现有流程、瓶颈与改进目标。与客户结合预期收益、数据可用性及实施成本确定优先场景和试点范围。 • 把目标流程拆解为用户故事、业务规则和验收标准。与产品负责人维护需求清单，在需求变更时说明对范围和交付计划的影响。 • 与业务专家明确 AI 可使用的知识来源、数据口径与访问权限。针对知识问答、文档生成或智能体工作流，定义预期输出、信息不足时的处理方式和人工审批环节。 • 与设计师和 AI 工程师使用客户样例验证原型，调整提示词或流程。向客户演示典型结果与失败案例，记录取舍并确定下一轮迭代范围。 • 与业务用户建立评测样例和通过标准，覆盖常见任务与异常情况。组织用户验收测试（UAT），跟踪问题至关闭，并在上线后对照基线评估任务耗时、质量或采用率。 任职要求 • 具备 3 年及以上业务分析、技术咨询或数字化转型经验；曾在至少一个企业 AI 项目中承担需求分析、原型验证或业务验收工作，能说明自己的交付物及其作用。 • 能独立主持需求讨论、绘制业务流程、编写用户故事与验收标准，并在敏捷团队中跟踪交付。能够协调意见不同的相关方，推动客户作出范围和优先级决策。 • 理解大语言模型（LLM）、检索增强生成（RAG）和 AI 智能体的适用场景与局限；能用业务样例检查回答是否准确、引用是否支持结论，以及哪些操作需要人工复核。 • 具备清晰的中英文沟通与写作能力，能用中文主持客户讨论，并用英文编写需求、演示方案和与跨地区团队协作。 加分项 • 有咨询或技术服务公司的客户交付经验，熟悉制造、消费电子、供应链、零售或金融服务等一个或多个行业的业务流程。 • 曾用低代码工具搭建 AI 原型，或使用 SQL 分析业务数据；有企业知识助手、数据问答或多步骤智能体的评测与上线经验。 About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
