Trainer is also in-charge of ensuring that rollouts are done to the members of the project should there be policy updates or changes provided by the client. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Mapping out of the operational training plan based on the needs of the business vis a vis ramp and attrition requirements. • Ensuring readiness of all Pre-Training requirements, which includes both classroom and trainer readiness. • Executing and managing of end-to-end training process from recruitment hand-over to official transition to production, ensuring on-time and precise delivery of Pre-Process (Pre-Product), Process (Product), and On-The-Job (SRT) trainings including remediation process when necessary. • Ensuring hand-over of agreed on training yield and pass rate on the identified skills verification process KPIs based on production expectations and requirements; and • Liaising with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Workforce teams to ensure alignment on points that require attention and are impacting the project’s metrics. • Creating, administering, analysing of proficiency exams, tests/assessments • Rolling out of policy updates and policy changes • Conducting training needs analysis • Mapping out of curriculum and plotting of daily/weekly training agenda. • Reviewing and/or revising of training content. • Developing of new content not originally baked in the curriculum (as approved by client) Security Roles and Responsibilities: • Should protect confidential information that is entrusted to them or to which they are otherwise exposed. • Should not disclose any confidential Company, client, or third-party information to anyone outside the Company, except as authorized. • Should not ever use confidential client, third-party or Company information for personal gain or advantage. • Under no circumstances discuss with clients matters that concern other clients or engagements without the express authorization of such other clients • Must immediately open and act upon security communications from Protecting Accenture OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 3 SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard SME profile • At least 2 years relevant experience • No domain; open to all industry • Trainer component to be upskilled internally About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
