YOUR ROLE As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. In this role you will play a key role in: Have deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement Be aware of the client specific adjustments and deviations from the generic process design To enhance and re-design processes to ensure improvement within client context Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in different client contexts Apply complex analytical models and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context. YOUR PROFILE Ensures that the daily activities within his/her Team’s responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets. Help monitor daily workload of team addressing bottlenecks and ensuring payments are processed within SLA Provide Quality check for invoices processing, releasing holds and monitoring performance on accuracy Ensure compliance to Internal Audit Monitor and ensure compliance to standard processes ensuring that any deviations from process are appropriately escalated and monitored to reduce risk WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
