Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator (w/m/d) in dieser Rolle übernimmst du die operative Steuerung von Einkaufs-, Vertriebs- und Marketingprozessen und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Dabei unterstützt du die effiziente Umsetzung von Sales- und Marketingaktivitäten sowie die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Deine Aufgaben: Du koordinierst operative Einkaufsprozesse inklusive Angebotseinholung, Lieferantenmanagement und Bestellabwicklung. Du betreust den Purchase-to-Pay-Prozess in den relevanten Beschaffungs- und ERP-Systemen. Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Logistik- und Servicepartnern und unterstützt eine effiziente Materialversorgung. Du verantwortest die Verwaltung und Bestandskontrolle von Promotions- und Marketingmaterialien sowie deren Versand an interne und externe Kunden. Du unterstützt bei der operativen Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten sowie bei der Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte. Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Auswertungen, Präsentationen und administrativen Unterlagen. Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und Geschäftspartnern. Du unterstützt bei der Stammdatenpflege sowie bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den relevanten Systemen. Du koordinierst das operative Fuhrparkmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Dienstleister. Du bearbeitest fahrzeugbezogene Themen wie Fahrer- und Fahrzeugänderungen, Rechnungsprüfung, Schadenmanagement sowie Fahrzeugübergaben und -rücknahmen. Du unterstützt bei Budgetplanung, Reporting, Compliance-Themen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten. Dein Profil: Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sind von Vorteil. Erfahrung im Vertriebs-, Marketing- oder Operations-Umfeld sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP- und Beschaffungssystemen mit. Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich. Du verfügst über eine hohe Serviceorientierung und arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
