Oracle is seeking an experienced On-Board Power Engineer in Santa Clara, California, or Burlington, Massachusetts, to develop power delivery systems for next-generation AI servers. The role owns power architecture, detailed design, testing, validation, and debugging from initial development through volume production, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates should have strong experience with high-power multiphase voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, power integrity, PCB design, CAD tools, and control-loop tuning. Applicants must have a BSEE with seven years or an MSEE with five years of power engineering experience and include a resume.
