Job Description Job Description: Role Overview Salesforce Developer responsible for building and supporting Service Cloud capabilities that power case management and agent-facing support operations. The role spans case routing, agent productivity tooling, AI-assisted service features, integrations, and release quality from technical design through production support. ͏ Key Responsibilities Platform Development ● Design, build, and maintain Service Cloud features using Apex (triggers, service classes, batch and scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Custom Metadata. ● Build and optimize Omni-Channel skill-based routing, including skill configuration, case prioritization, tiered escalation, and re-routing logic. ● Develop agent-facing Lightning components for Chat, Messaging, and Case pages — such as verification, contextual record details, and customer profile widgets. ● Automate the case lifecycle end to end: auto-closure and auto-cancellation rules, status tracking, escalations, and notifications. Integrations & Data Quality ● Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs to exchange case and customer data reliably. ● Implement validations and in-context warnings that improve data quality and support accurate agent decision-making. Measurement & Reliability ● Build reports, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to measure the adoption and effectiveness of AI-assisted service features. ● Strengthen system reliability through structured error logging, monitoring, and targeted stability fixes. Release Quality & Deployment ● Write and maintain Apex unit tests, sustain high code coverage, and resolve deployment and test failures. ● Manage deployments across Development, UAT, and Production, including feature toggles and rollback plans. Collaboration & Support ● Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and support teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. ● Provide ongoing production support and incremental enhancements. ● Apply Salesforce best practices consistently: bulkification, governor-limit awareness, sharing and field-level security, and peer code reviews. ͏ Category Skills Core development Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Flows, Custom Metadata Platform Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Messaging and Chat, Knowledge, Agentforce Reporting Reports and Dashboards Tooling and process Salesforce DX (sf CLI), Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Lightning Components .
